Mefhar Demirsoy

Founding Member & Chairman of the Board İzmir Turkey

Mefhar Demirsoy is a businessman, industrialist and investor with many years of experience in the healthcare sector. He is the founder of ID Implant Medikal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which operates in dental implant and medical device manufacturing. As Founder and Chairman of USTKONDER, he leads the association’s strategic vision in health tourism, technology investments and international cooperation.

Miraç Sağır

Founding Member & Vice Chairman of the Board Trabzon Turkey

Miraç Sağır has many years of management experience in sales, corporate marketing, promotion and brand management in the healthcare and tourism sectors. Through his roles in healthcare providers and tourism businesses, he has contributed to the development of regional partnerships. As a Founding Member and Vice Chairman of USTKONDER, he strengthens sectoral relations in the Black Sea Region.

Volkan Timurşah

Founding Member & Board Member / Secretary General İzmir Turkey

Volkan Timurşah works in health tourism, event management and sectoral coordination. He has served as coordinator and moderator at meetings and symposiums that bring health tourism stakeholders together. As a Founding Member, Board Member and Secretary General of USTKONDER, he contributes to the association’s institutional operations and project coordination.

Görkem Durmaz

Founding Member & Board Member İzmir Turkey

Görkem Durmaz is a Founding Member and Board Member of USTKONDER. He contributes to the association’s institutional development, the creation of new partnerships and the expansion of health tourism projects. Through his İzmir-based activities, he supports stronger relations among the private sector, healthcare providers and other stakeholders.

H. Sebat Acuner

Founding Member & Board Member Trabzon Turkey

H. Sebat Acuner is a Founding Member and Board Member who took part in the establishment of USTKONDER. He contributes to the association’s regional cooperation and institutional development goals in health and sports tourism. Through his Trabzon-based work, he supports greater visibility for the potential of the Black Sea Region and stronger ties among sector stakeholders.
