1. Nature of the Donation
Uluslararası Sağlık Turizmi Konseyi Derneği adına yapılan bağışlar gönüllü ve karşılıksızdır. Bağış; üyelik, oy hakkı, yönetim yetkisi, hizmet garantisi veya ticari ayrıcalık sağlamaz.
2. Use of Donations
Donations are used for activities aligned with the association's statutory objectives, institutional operations, administrative continuity, projects, publications, meetings, training, communication and representation work.
3. Recording and Documentation
Bank and card transactions are tracked in association records using the relevant reference number. Donor information is processed only to complete the transaction, meet legal obligations and communicate with the donor.
4. Card Security
USTKONDER neither sees nor stores credit or debit card information. Card transactions take place through the association bank's secure, 3D Secure-enabled payment infrastructure.
5. Donations from Abroad
Donations from persons and institutions resident abroad are not collected before the required notification process is completed. Secure payment information is provided after completion.
6. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions
